On behalf of the FSI Auction Committee and the FSI Board of Directors, we would like to thank you all for your continued support of our local sporting community.
The FSI Board of Directors and Jardine Auctioneers anticipated that our Province’s health status around the COVID-19 pandemic could change during this online auction and we were prepared for the change of Zone 3 moving to the Orange phase. We are fortunate to have the expertise of our partner, Jardine Auctioneers, who served their customers even when our zone was in the Red Phase.
The safety of our customers, partners, winning bidders and our community will always be the number one priority of the FSI board.
The following are the instructions for our Plan B pickup of auction items now that we are in the Orange phase:
Jardine Auctioneers COVID-19 internal safety procedures
- We are committed to help our community and Province to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and ask that our customers follow our directives as outlined below
- All customers must supply their name and phone number for contract tracing purposes
- All customers are asked to maintain a minimum of 6ft of social distancing
- Facemasks must be worn while on our property (both inside and outside)
- Hand sanitizer is provided in multiple locations
- A maximum of 6 customers are permitted in our office at one time
- Bathrooms, workstations, point of sale terminals, door handles and other surfaces are cleaned after each use.
Our operation has the unique ability to offer “contactless payment” and “contactless pick up” without you having to exit your vehicle. Simply call our office at
(506) 454-4400 and give us 30 minutes notice on your arrival time and you will not have to exit your vehicle.
Our office will accept calls beginning Saturday morning @ 8:30am and will stay open until 12 noon for customers who purchased 5 items or less. We will be operating with a staff of 4 so please be patient.
Our office re-opens again on Monday @ 8:30am. Again, please call our office and give us 30 minutes notice.
